栖遇·河畔酒店（成都温江涌泉地铁站店）

I made an appointment with some friends to go to Wenjiang. I read the reviews on Ctrip and booked this hotel. It was quite good. I didn't expect it to have floor heating. The key is that the food in the restaurant is so delicious and suits the taste of us Dabashan people.

It's close to the subway and has convenient transportation. It has just opened and the rooms are very new and stylishly decorated. There is even floor heating! The bedding is used with great care and the service is very enthusiastic. Highly recommended!

The soundproofing effect of the room is so poor that you can hear clearly from upstairs and neighboring rooms.

Regarding this hotel, I would like to objectively comment on the following issues: 1⃣️The location of the hotel is a bit remote, and there are almost no restaurants at the entrance. If you want to eat, you have to take a taxi, which is very inconvenient. 2⃣️ Regarding the issue of membership card application, customers should be informed in advance that recharge is not a prepayment and cannot be refunded. Customers should be allowed to choose freely. I think most customers are unwilling to recharge to stay in a hotel. This is similar to the non-refundable regulations for applying for beauty cards. The hotel accommodation is very unreasonable, and the front desk did not inform the hotel when checking in, which is a bit cliché, so it is recommended that friends staying in the hotel be careful to ask about this. I stayed for a week and recharged too much. When I checked out, I was told that I could not refund. This seemed very unreasonable and overbearing. There was no document informing me at the front desk of the hotel. This experience was very bad. 3⃣️The soundproofing of the hotel is not very good, and you can still hear the people talking next door clearly. You need to rely on luck to see who your neighbor is. 4⃣️In terms of service, I can only say that the service staff are quite polite and courteous, and they don’t have too many requests. There are only two bottles of water delivered to the room. My friend asked for more, but they said they could only give 2 bottles. This is understandable and acceptable, but I still feel that It’s not very comfortable. In addition, there is no canteen in the hotel. The supermarket downstairs is very far away. You can only order takeout. For rooms where you stay consecutively, they say they only change the sheets every three days. My question is: the room I bought is based on the price of one day. The service fee is included, why can’t the bedding be changed every day if I stay continuously? This is the service we should enjoy. My room rate was not reduced but the service was reduced.

去成都旅行時入住的，體驗超乎預期！酒店位於江安河畔，夜晚的河景尤其迷人，坐在房間就能欣賞到繁華夜景，靜謐與都市感完美融合。房間設計温馨，設施齊全，地暖讓冬夜倍感温暖，茶室更是增添了一份雅緻，三五好友一起打打牌喝喝茶也很舒服。服務也很貼心，酒店工作人員都很熱情，新開業的設施乾淨整潔，性價比很高，淡季這個價格很香！

酒店新開幾個月，性價比很高，全屋智能，房間也大，有很大的落地窗，可以看看夜景，樓下是公園，跟街道隔着公園，窗户關上挺安靜的，特別要誇下枕頭，睡起來很舒服，出差和遊玩都很適合，周邊也有商場，吃飯很方便，酒店餐廳味道也很不錯，推薦！
