When I opened the door, there was no one. I contacted the front desk and thought it was room service delivering something but no one was there. It turned out that it had not been delivered yet. Forgetting the doorbell for the first time, I slept until 34:00 in the middle of the night, and the doorbell rang twice more. Who dares to sleep in the middle of the night? I contacted the front desk again, and I didn't know whether it was the security guard or the engineer who was repairing the doorbell. Without telling you, we heard the noise and went out to check. Maybe there was something wrong with the doorbell circuit? Once again, the judgment given by the monitoring system was not checked. The fact that the engineer repaired the doorbell as soon as he came showed that it was broken from the beginning. So since it was broken, why didn't they not arrange this room for us the first time or change the room? 3. Regarding the issue of all the lights in the room, when you sleep until midnight and suddenly all the lights in the room turn on, how would you feel? Do I stay in a hotel to rest or to be frightened? I can understand if it lights up once, but why does it keep lighting up? 4. There is dust everywhere in the room. I don’t know how the guest room hygiene is checked. 5. All the standard supplies in the double bed room should be for two people, but it is for single person. 6. The quality of all towels and bath towels is really poor. After washing my hair and drying it with a bath towel, there were little white balls all over my head. So what’s the point of washing my hair!

酒店入住體驗很不錯，環境乾淨整潔，晚上睡覺很安靜周圍不吵，前台服務也很熱情周到，特別是丹丹和小嬡。 距離地鐵站非常近，前面不遠就是鐵像寺水街和伊藤華洋堂，吃喝玩樂什麼都有，住這裏非常方便，下次還來

帶孩子來玩的，房間性價比不錯，這家酒店的藝術設計風格還蠻特別的，配色挺好看的，燈光也是暖暖的，早餐很豐富，前台服務很好，小何和haya 很熱情！在南邊玩推薦住這家。

離地鐵站和商場很近，很方便。前台黃經理推薦了附近的鷺洲裏打卡點很贊，吃喝玩樂一條街，有很多商鋪沒有關門，很熱鬧。就是早餐人太多啦，要靠搶哈哈 總之都比較滿意，就住附近的，會常來。

春節給家人訂的酒店，總體來説很滿意，酒店服務不錯，前台有個黃瑤經理，從入住到退房都是她，整個服務十分周到，很感謝。房間佈局中規中矩，但是設施看的出來是用心設計了的。推薦大家體驗。
