Dear Atour Qingyang Chengdu team,
I really enjoyed my stay at Atour Qingyang Chengdu. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout my visit. Their warm service made my stay even more pleasant.

前台小姐姐態度很好 大廳休息區的沙發很贊 房間乾淨衞生 燈光設計很棒 如果有個喝茶的桌子就完美了

很不好的一次住店體驗，入住不到一個小時發現該房間的控制面板，部分插座和電視全部無法正常使用，撥打前台電話之後在二十分鐘內分別派了兩撥人來檢查無果後提出更換房間，於是我們一家三口把打開的行李箱內的東西全部收好之後在無人理會十分鐘分鐘內撥打前台電話，於是前台派機器人送來了隔壁房卡，全程沒有人給我們道歉和幫忙搬離房間，也沒有提出任何補償方式，就這樣因為酒店自身原因浪費了我們的時間，破壞了我們旅遊的心情，且更換的房間清潔也不到位，水壺裡還有水，鏡面也全是灰塵，住過很多次亞朵，這是最差的亞朵沒有之一

首先是辦理入住的時候兩間房開成一間，其次是沒有鐘點房，兩個小時也需要半天房費，一直推銷會員卡，再就是過道和房間都有味道，有點像裝修味，很悶，Wi-Fi不流暢，幾乎全程用的流量，但信號不好。
優點是好停車
