I found a very cost-effective hotel online. I came to check in in the evening. The lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic with a smile and checked in quickly. I didn't notice that I booked a room without breakfast. The front desk directly gave me breakfast as a gift. I was very satisfied. The room is indeed very new, has no peculiar smell and is very wide. It is really great for me with a lot of luggage. I give this hotel a thumbs up and will stay here again next time!

I extended my stay yesterday and it showed that there was breakfast, but the staff said that we didn’t have breakfast. I was stunned. I checked out at noon, went out for a walk and came back to drive. The child wanted to use the toilet, so we went to the front desk staff on the first floor. Is there a toilet? He ignored us the first time, he still ignored us the second time, and he only looked up at us and told us to move forward after the third time.

The elevator was under maintenance when I checked in. The elevator returned to normal after I left my luggage and went out for a late-night snack. When I checked into the room, I felt a strong smell. I called the front desk and was told that an air purifier was available, but only a bottle of air freshener was provided. When I was taking a shower, the water in the shower stall didn't flow, so the maintenance engineer came to the house and took out a ball of floc from the floor drain cover. When the second person took a shower, the hot water suddenly ran out in the second half... At night, there is a lot of garbage being cleaned outside the guest room window, or the sound of operating items is very loud, especially at night. Because it was a newly opened hotel, I thought the sanitation and facilities would be better, but I didn’t expect that various problems would arise...
