In order to make it convenient to go to Jiuzhaigou the next day and take the high-speed rail, I chose a hotel near the East Station. I thought it would be a five-star hotel with five-star service. In fact, the hotel was terrible. The service was too outrageous. There was nothing I could ask for. I haven't stayed in such a bad hotel in many years. The front desk was slow to check in. The room was small, not as big as expected, and there was a smell. The hygiene was not very good either.

The room was not as big as advertised. The wash basin was not splash-proof, so I washed my hands and face and got wet. The air conditioning was poor and it was so hot I slept there. The breakfast was also not very tasty. Manager Jiang was very welcoming.

The hotel looks very nice, and it is very close to the subway. The receptionist is very enthusiastic. When we checked in, we told her that a friend was having a birthday. When we returned to the room, we found that the cleaning lady had specially decorated it for us. My friend liked it very much. The room is large, with floor-to-ceiling windows, and it is convenient to view the scenery. It is also nice to go to the Twin Towers to see the night view. It is worth coming again.

The stay was very good, with free welcome fruit in the room. The area was large, the bedding was very comfortable, and high-end hotels were equipped with King Koil and Carnation brands. The breakfast was rich and varied, and the food was fresh and delicious. I left behind a teacup that I had carried with me for many years in the hotel. Thanks to the two managers ZOE MAX for helping me find the teacup I brought with me, and the receptionist Aria was very friendly. I will book again next time and look forward to seeing you again.

It's so cool, I give it full marks, high cost performance, new hotel facilities and equipment, and the comfort level is full, thumbs up! The only drawback of this hotel is that there is no food around when we come back at night, and the supporting facilities are not good (it's a bit remote, we took a taxi back from Taikoo Li a bit far, and the location is really average), but it is still quite convenient to go to the panda base early the next morning without traffic jams, after all, it is outside the third ring road. I want to especially talk about the breakfast room. The breakfast chefs are attentive. The chefs are not cold like some places. They are as warm as the freshly cooked beef noodles, which is a plus. There are enough varieties, bread and yogurt are delicious, and I will definitely come often in the future! The room is clean and tidy, with a good view from the window. Thank you Mango for recommending delicious and fun things to me, making us feel at home. We like simple and low-key decoration. I have very high requirements for light and can't sleep with light. The room has very advanced blackout curtains, which is worth it!
