The location is perfect just a short walk through an alley to IFS and taikooli. The design of the hotel absolutely stole my heart. Definitely the most instagrammable hotel in Chengdu! The room is very clean and environment is quiet. All the staffs are very friendly and helpful especially 小郭店长 and 小王管家. They answer all the questions we had before arrival. They also help to carry luggages from the entrance of the hotel to our room. They even upgraded our rooms on our arrival. We had too many parcels that they helped us to collect and return. We had our breakfast in the room and the food was delicious.

中西合璧新舊共存的老上海海派風格裝修細節到位軟裝飾品看得出主理人的心思品味這樣的精品酒店很是喜歡夜幕垂下時，倚在陽台上，看對面窗户裏漏出的燈光。一盞盞暖黃，彷彿是一個個未説完的故事。遠處摩天大樓的霓虹閃爍，卻照不亮這條弄堂深處的幽靜。服務也很到位給5星好評

真心要打五分！！！這一趟十天的成都行，先後住了Jw萬豪、歸相和洲際，男朋友最喜歡就是歸相（還給升級了房型），到了洲際之後一直在念叨（無奈接下來是上午行程，酒店衹能跟大隊伍）環境：法式風格，小資、浪漫、安靜，每一處角落都是風景，位置絕佳，穿過巷子就是 IFS、太古裏。衞生：很乾凈，每天都打掃的很仔細，住的安心。服務：洗衣服務絕絕子，送回來的衣服香香軟軟疊得好好的。每天都會詢問早餐、下午茶安排，早餐豐盛（就是送來有點冷了），我們行李多，也很細心的一一搬運。設施：床品、投影都不錯，洗浴用品雖然比不上五星級酒店的，但也合格線唯一的小建議是這個房型的淋浴間沒有置物架，聯繫可以網購一個盤吸的置物架。

I had a wonderful time at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. The room was spotless, well-designed, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. The location is convenient, yet peaceful and quiet at night. I especially appreciated the help from staff from the start till the end of the stay. Overall, everything exceeded my expectations. I will definitely return and recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chengdu next time. Thanks for all the help throughout the journey. ❤️
