This is my first time giving a bad review of a hotel. You guys are exaggerating! 1. They didn't finish cleaning the room until 5:30 PM, leaving us waiting for an hour. They said the previous guest checked out late, so how could they expect to check out at 3 or 4 PM? Terrible management! 2. This hotel is pet-friendly, and I have no problem with pets, but the hygiene is terrible. There are fleas. They bit my husband and son badly. It definitely wasn't mosquitoes. They bit us in our pajamas with mosquito coils lit. The itchy, swollen bumps are huge. I really want to call 315 to complain!!! It's terrible! See the pictures for yourself!
