Qingting Collection Serviced Apartment (Dongjiaojiyi Branch)

The service at the hotel was truly outstanding. The staff were attentive, respectful, and always ready to fulfill any request promptly. As for cleanliness, it was one of the hotel’s strongest points. The rooms were spotless, well-organized, and every detail showed great care. I truly appreciate the hotel’s management for maintaining such a high standard of service and hygiene.

The air conditioning was not functioning well, unable to cool the entire room, some of the lights not functioning as well, bathroom door was missing part of it which cause flooded and feel stuffy as there are no air ventilation inside.

Check in is not convenient especially if you are a foreigner. You have to register yourself such as passport, your name and your contact number in chinese language. They didn’t do anything for you. This process would be annoying if you can’t read or write chinese. And after that they will send you a passcode to lock in your room. The room is not new, it is just renovated. You can even see mold as in my photo. When you enter into the toilet, the smell is really bad. It is not exactly the same as in the photo that they are advertised. Don’t expect too much from this apartment. The good thing about this apartment is the location. You can easily find the restaurant and convenient store just outside of the building.

Very good. Fully facilitated. Many shops to eat below too. Check in process is fuss free too.
