I had an exceptional stay at 鹿喜·安泊酒店（双流机场奥特莱斯店）! From the moment I arrived, the experience was seamless and welcoming. The room was impressively spacious, modern, and immaculately clean—a perfect blend of comfort and style.
The attention to detail in the room design truly enhanced the stay, with thoughtful amenities and a calming atmosphere that made it easy to relax. Despite being so close to the airport and outlets, the hotel offered a quiet, restful environment.
Staff were courteous and efficient, always ready to help with a smile. The location is ideal for travelers—convenient to both Shuangliu Airport and the nearby outlet mall, which was great for some last-minute shopping.

Chose this hotel because it's near to my bicycle rental shop to do Tianfu Greenway loop cycle. No regret, value for money, room was spacious and complete amenities. But if you're in Chengdu for holiday and looking to visit the more common tourist spot which are nearer to city centre, this may not be suitable.

房間超大，是很喜歡的新中式風格，細節用心，比如有一次性馬桶罩。特別緻謝前台小董，耐心細緻，服務周到，還免費升房。奔馳免費接機，還要掐點到分鐘，真不容易。

房間面積很大，設施好，雙人浴缸雙洗手盆，還有一次性浴缸套，乾淨整潔，衞生間和洗浴間分開，很是方便，各個部門服務都不錯，有求必應，小朋友不小心打破一套茶碗也給我們免了賠償，非常感謝，下次來成都再住。

大廳環境挺好，但是走進去房間樓層總共衹有八層，早上很吵出去，飛機的聲音差不多是1分鐘一架不適合早上要睡懶覺的，然後還有其他敲牆的聲音，房間的有個燈是壞的，正對着穿衣鏡很黑裏麪的裝修雖然是二四年開業的但是大堂很好，房間是有待加強

服務還行 房間也挺大的 插座有一個是壞的 最差的就是她們門 半夜回來打不開門 在門口等了半個小時 辦入住的時候就説了不要頭尾房 還給我排老尾去 一個人有點害怕 晚上那個樓道
