The hotel has a fantastic location, making it easy to get around. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, and the service is consistently good. Special thanks to Lexie from the front desk/butler team for her fast response and attentive service, and to Duty Manager John for his attentiveness and excellent service — both made our stay more enjoyable. We did experience some issues with the hot water during our stay, but the staff explained the situation clearly and provided a quick and effective recovery. Overall, a very pleasant stay and would gladly return.

The hotel is conveniently located, you can find delicious food within a few minutes' walk, the hotel lobby lounge area is comfortable, the room is well lit and the atmosphere is quiet and relaxed. The environment is not bad, the receptionist delta service is warm, the problem is solved quickly, and the service is meticulous and warm. The room is neat and orderly, the table is clean, the overall sanitation is very clean, very comfortable. The mattress is soft and hard and comfortable to sleep, the shower water pressure is stable, the charging port in the room is sufficient, and the design is practical. The check-in process is smooth, the details reflect the management in place, the environment is comfortable and pleasant, the butler service is considerate, the room is clean and tidy, and the equipment is advanced and well-equipped. Priority will be given to the next trip.

Excellent hotel in a great location. Room felt new and was very clean with good soundproofing. Received complementary breakfast which had a lot of options to choose from. Only negative was the wifi on level 40 was quite slow. Overall extremely good value for money, a similar high quality hotel back in Australia would cost easily x3 the price

Unbelievable hotel staying experience at Chengdu! Very close to Chunxi Road and every facility is brand new. Breakfast served diverse varieties of food. Staffs’ service are definite professional. If i had an opportunity to travel Chengdu again I gonna choose this fantastic hotel second time.

It’s the first time we visited Chengdu. We are in love with this city and the hotel here is fantastic. Staffs are super friendly especially Ms Delta at checkout. The location is wonderful with short walk to Ifs and other shopping places, food. Rooms are clean and we ordered food delivery with staff’s assistance. We will be back and it is highly recommended.
