Four Points by Sheraton Chengdu Chunxi Road

The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The price is quite reasonable considering the quality and convenience. The staff were very friendly and always willing to help, which made my stay even more comfortable. I had to check out early on the last day, so I didn’t get the breakfast bcaz no packed food available before 6am.

Good location and friendly staff. Near to Chunxi area which is the shopping street. Laundry facilities for washing and drying clothes. But when we were there in end October, they did not allow air conditioning in the room claiming that the weather is cold and the aircon is centralised and cannot be adjusted. We were told to open our windows instead. But that doesn’t help and the temperature within the room was too warm to be comfortable even at night. The weather when we were there wasn’t that cold enough to do away with air conditioning. This was the first time I come across a hotel without air conditioning.

The room size is good and clean. The breakfast is with good variety. The gym is opened for 24 hours, which is quite convenient for hotel guests.

Hotel front desk service was wonderful, I was helped by Ms. Delta Yang who assisted with the room. We were there after 3pm, the room wasn't ready yet so we had to wait for the room to be cleaned. The room was nice, clean, and spacious. There was good selection of food for breakfast, that included Western and Chinese cuisine. It was a short walk to the shopping area. Overall good service and good location made it well worth it.

The Hotel located at the best location in Chun Xi road. Alot of street foods, restaurants n convenient mart. Service is good and staff also very kind n helpful !! Thanks to 1 of the staff, Mr. John Tang for make our stay memorable!!
