Mr. Tommy at Four Points by Sheraton Chengdu Chunxi Road was incredibly welcoming and professional from the moment we arrived. He greeted us with a warm smile every time and was more than happy to share helpful local tips and recommendations. He handled all our requests promptly and with a great attitude. He even went out of his way to assist with a late check-out, which we really appreciated. Thank you, Tommy!

I have stayed a total of 5nights and Four Points by Sheraton Chunxi Road exceeded my expectations. The room size is spacious and everything is in mint condition as it's just newly renovated,pillows and bed are really comfortable to ensure a good night sleep,bathroom shower pressure is strong, WC has auto flush and heated seat. The hotel rooms are located above level 28 served by 4 speed elevators.
The hotel staff was genuinely friendly and attentive, making the stay even more enjoyable.
I will come back to stay again:)

Everything was fantastic - breakfast selection, cleanliness, room design, and aesthetics. Except it is a non-smoking hotel and there is an ash tray by the lift, which allows customers to smoke.

Very clean and new hotel. Is located within walking distance from Chengdu IFS and the happening street. Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful, the breakfast choices are good as well.
