Four Points by Sheraton Chengdu Chunxi Road

I have stayed a total of 5nights and Four Points by Sheraton Chunxi Road exceeded my expectations. The room size is spacious and everything is in mint condition as it's just newly renovated,pillows and bed are really comfortable to ensure a good night sleep,bathroom shower pressure is strong, WC has auto flush and heated seat. The hotel rooms are located above level 28 served by 4 speed elevators. The hotel staff was genuinely friendly and attentive, making the stay even more enjoyable. I will come back to stay again:)

New hotel but shower water is not strong enough for a 5 star hotel and the staff asked repeatedly about the room card during breakfast.it was really strange

Pros: An absolutely fantastic hotel. The room was very clean, and the service was excellent. The breakfast offered a rich selection of food. The hotel is within walking distance of Tai Koo Li, the best shopping mall in Chengdu, which also has Dim Dou Duck, a great Cantonese restaurant that was a lifesaver for me since I can’t tolerate chili. The king-bed room was suitable for a family with a small child. Cons: (1) The bed was not as comfortable as expected. Although the hotel had only been open for two months, the mattress was already slightly sagging. (2) The room was a bit too warm. We didn’t turn on the heating, yet the temperature remained above 20°C (even with the windows open), while it was only 14°C outside. The provided duvet felt too warm for the conditions. Since the air conditioning wasn’t available in March, we couldn’t lower the room temperature.
