The place it is difficult to find, I recommend try to contact the hotel in advance as it is not a normal hotel and it is located in a residential building where each floor has different rooms advertised in trip.
The loft it is very spacious and bright.
The shower has very good pressure and it has lots of cabinets to keep your stuff.
You have washing machine and hob, although the hob was disconnected, we just connect it to use it, bare in mind there is not cutlery or any pot to cook.
The downside for me was the mattress, it was just super hard like wood, not sure if this is normal in some places but I end up sleeping on the sofa which was not very comfortable either.
The staff was nice and helpful.

There are many hotels and B&Bs in new apartment buildings, and the rooms are very large. The only thing that needs improvement is the front desk and the elevator in the building. They can be improved.
