真是我近幾年住的最差酒店，可以用難受來形容。 酒店空調有問題，不吹冷風，屋裡一直27度多，找前台來弄，衹是把窗户給打開了降温，我也是服了。 早上就告訴前台打掃房間，下午回來了根本沒人打掃。 拖鞋不防滑，走路一定要小心些。 酒店管理混亂，電梯不用刷卡，外賣隨便走，被外賣敲錯兩次門，真是無語了！！！

**直播來的，避雷！！入住體驗特別差，酒店香精味很重，房間內的更濃，一進去特別窒息，搞不懂明明是玻璃牆面為啥通風這麼差，根本就不透氣。再結合牆上裝修的膠印啥的感覺就是在掩飾甲醛味，長者小孩別來住了，安全健康第一。房間的智能設備太垃圾了，空調特別難用，剛開始空調聲音巨大吵得睡不着，調完風速之後直接不製冷了，大晚上又悶又熱根本睡不着，中途悶醒好多次嘗試調温度一點用沒有，點了那些按鈕根本就是無效的。智能調窗簾的按鈕更垃圾，晚上點了一次關上了，房間空調沒用人都快窒息了，想把窗簾打開，按鈕根本按不動。搞不懂明明按的開為什麼要自動給我閃成關！！衹好手動別起來了一片窗簾，半夜又打雷閃電的，房間特別小，跟宣傳圖嚴重不符，床離玻璃窗特別近，打雷閃電能把人嚇死。又因為房間悶，又不能全部把窗簾閉上。下水也很垃圾，根本沒辦法上廁所，沖了七八次沖不下去。面盆下水的地方也按不動，真的自閉了。住酒店最差的一次體驗，第一次寫這麼長的評價，因為真的很生氣！！！

酒店環境服務都非常滿意，用來佈置求婚效果非常棒，定的親子套房工作人員貼心的幫忙把親子元素都移除了，值班經理還幫忙幫我們拍了合照，給酒店點贊👍

為了參加晚宴，特地15:30就到酒店開房。前台説房型給我升級，是17樓，我問為啥升級樓層還邊變低了，回覆説升級後的廁所比我定訂的房型廁所大。進房間後發現一點也不像個五星級酒店，窗邊的沙發和牀頭櫃擠在一起，明明放不下硬放。一個雙人房，書桌那裡非常擠，有人坐着另一個人就過不去。廁所確實大，可是格局那麼差，開房又不是為了在廁所享受，心裏想可能358特價房就是這樣的。可是呆了不到十分鐘就停電了，馬上出門告訴了保潔阿姨，一直沒人來處理。房間熱得要死，啥也幹不了。實在受不了，自己下樓找前台要求換房。換了一個21樓的棋牌房，開了一個小時空調還是熱烘烘的。又叫人來處理，明明顯示温度31度，師傅硬説空調正常。又衹能自己下樓要求換房，前台説沒房間，發脾氣後，前台才換房。這次在23樓，進房後我發現這才是我訂單顯示的房型，格局是規規矩矩正常的。這時候已經17:10，這段時間不僅熱還浪費我時間，導致我遇上下班高峯期堵車，又堵了20分鐘，吃飯遲到了。明顯酒店對待活動客人就一頓忽悠，給又差又爛的房間，好房間留着。酒店電梯也不夠，上下樓要等很久。開車後發現被貼小廣告了。總之因為這個酒店，對成都印象很差。

國慶出來旅遊，房間視野開闊，全是落地窗，出門就是地鐵很方便，去春熙路玩兒很不錯，尤其是前台小姐姐，服務熱情，周到，下次來還來這家。
