There are no windows in the rooms that cost more than 300 people, which is a bit excessive. Are all hotels in Chengdu so capricious during the peak season? 3. Does the sealing tape of Gome Electrical Appliances on the wall serve to fix or beautify it? 4. The most unacceptable thing is the unknown hair in the basin and the long hair on the ground. The unknown stains on the floor and headboard also felt disgusting.

I went out to play and saw that this hotel had a room with a projector. When I arrived, the front desk introduced me how to use the projector. When I checked in, the front desk saw that I was too hot and someone went to help turn on the air conditioner after checking in. It doesn't feel hot after entering the room, and the surrounding area is within a straight line from the subway station.

First of all, the hotel's location is a 13-minute walk from the nearest subway station, which is not very close. The hotel has complete facilities, the rooms are spacious and clean. The lady at the front desk is very nice, enthusiastic and approachable. The guy wearing glasses at the front desk was much inferior. He had no communication at all. He didn't say anything when asked, and I didn't know whether he heard it or not. On the day of check-in, we caught up with a tour group. There was only one staff member at the front desk. The scene was chaotic. It clearly showed that the hotel had no emergency plan when many people were checking in at the same time! The variety of breakfast was limited. I saw with my own eyes that a guest dropped the food tongs on the floor. The waiter picked it up and put it back in the same place without any cleaning! Breakfast starts at 7 o'clock. When we went there at 8:00 on the first day, many dishes were already empty. We deliberately went there at 7:30 the next day, but there were no seats available, and the food was still empty. We went there at 8:30 the third day, and it was still empty! Maybe the tour group left early and everyone had finished eating. For three days in a row, we discovered that except for small cakes, nothing else was being supplemented with meals? The food was unpalatable and of poor quality. There were a lot of leftovers on many tables, which caused a huge waste of food! The management of the hotel lobby is lax. I saw takeaways delivering meals at will, and passers-by coming in to sit on the sofa to rest without any staff asking, which caused potential safety hazards to guests staying at the hotel. The hotel receives tour groups every day, which is obviously insufficient! It also ignores the check-in experience of non-group guests, which is not worth the loss! The above is our real experience during this stay. We sincerely hope that the hotel will get better and better!

Facilities: The toilet is really unusable. I can hear the sound outside when I flush it. The sound is loud. It is actually a newly opened express hotel. Some parts are not as good as express. The breakfast is very dirty. Hygiene: The breakfast area is really unbearable. There are hairs on the plate. There is nothing left more than half an hour in advance. The messy floor is greasy. The egg tarts were taken out from the bottom of an unknown box...

The hotel is very easy to stay in, and the facilities and hygiene are no problem at all, and there are no pitfalls. The location is particularly good, the surrounding area is full of fireworks, you can find everything you want to eat, and it is not far from Kuanzhai Alley and other scenic spots. The service attitude of the hotel staff is very good. It was almost 4 o'clock in the afternoon and they readily agreed to my early check-out. The hotel's breakfast still needs to be improved, including the environment and dishes, especially the passage leading to the breakfast room. The ground needs to be renovated. Also, don’t pass by a restaurant private room and see tables that haven’t been cleared the night before.
