The room was very nice and the service was great!

The air conditioning was set to a constant 21°C. No matter what setting I set, the room temperature remained at 21°C. It was freezing cold in early September, and the quilt was incredibly thin. The front desk service was also terrible! This is the only time I've ever encountered a hotel I'd never stay in again!

The king-size room was right behind the front desk. Although the booking information indicated it was near the elevator, and there are so many rooms near elevators, I've never encountered a room like this before, this one wasn't near the elevator, but near the front desk [smile]. It was a long way from the front desk. I asked to change, but the front desk said I had to rebook a different room type. Okay, I canceled it and rebooked. It was already evening, but the hotel wouldn't offer free cancellation. Okay, I'll pay the difference. The online price was 210, but the front desk insisted on 218, refusing to even round it off. If the hotel downstairs hadn't run out of rooms at Licheng, and it was so late and I didn't want to bother, I would have left earlier. The room was nice, but the front desk's handling of the situation was very negative. I won't be back.

The hotel facilities are relatively new and clean. However, there are no standard face towels, only disposable face cloths, which makes washing inconvenient. The service is average, and there are no razors. Breakfast is simple: porridge and steamed buns, plus a few simple vegetables.
