The environment within the complex is somewhat fit for cost, still get a decent stay for the cost with extra utilities accessible at will within the comfort of the rooms. Services are provided on request and staff are really helpful if you do encounter any problems.
Only thing to be aware of is that the elevator is keycard access only so delivery cannot go up to your room maybe, since rooms are situated in the higher levels of the complex.

A basic, but clean place to stay. Some restaurants around, and huge shopping malls. 25 minutes walk to south chengdu railway station.

Easy to locate and near convenience store, pharmacy store.
This is like condo style with door pin. Not for young female travellers as the corridors from lift lobby to our unit is very dimly litted. Laundry detergent is available at cost. We entered the room with uncleaned microwave oven with food crumbs. Cleaning service was very prompt when we feedback via wechat. Veneer peeling at internal staircase and some parts of the room floor.
