The facilities are amazing. The hotel is located around 20-30 minutes to city centre (Chun Xi, IFC, etc). However, cleanliness really has to be questioned. All the pillows smell really bad (smells like saliva of people who slept here before). It really made it unbearable to sleep. Hope the housing keeping team can keep up next time.
Also, I ordered delivery quite late on the first night. I understand it was also the fault of the delivery driver since he sent it to “快递” instead of “外卖”。 To give context, the delivery arrived at around 11:30. Nothing came up and had to call like 3 times. For the first two times, all I was told is “There is a robot delivery going on and it might be yours. However, there is nothing else here for your room.” So, on the third time I had to tell them to check again since it was already way past 12:15. Only then, they found out the driver put it at the wrong place and I received it at like 12:30.
Apart from these, it was a pleasant stay and would come back as long as cleanliness can be improved. No one wants to sleep with smelly pillows :)

The hotel doesn't have lounge and swimming pool is under renovation, so a bit wasted for me to book executive room. But their service is very good, we communicated thru WeChat and they helped book restaurants. Very patient and helpful.

Had a great stay, was also provided with an upgrade which was a delightful surprise.
Would had been even better if there was a bidet in the toilet.
Location is far away from the main attractions in Chengdu but using Didi was convenient in China, so no issue here.

Very family friendly, and clean. Surrounded by many restaurants, cafes and other entertainment options. Other bigger malls and parks are within 10 mins drive. Rooms are spacious, well-designed apartments with fully equipped kitchens, comfortable living areas, and modern furnishings and high-quality appliances. Services are attentive and warm. We will stay here next time. Prices are also quite reasonable!

It was an amazing stay. Everything is super clean and organized. The sad thing was the pool was closed during our stay due to renovations but would love to come back again and experience everything to the fullest. The area is nice and quiet and so was the hotel.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment for 1 week. The apartment was spacious and modern, we had a very comfortable stay. The front desk were extremely lovely , they helped us with ordering food delivery to the hotel and collected our packages for us

I think its a good apartment. Its spaciouse and clean. I like how its located next to SKP and some up-and-coming trendy areas. Eventhough it might be far from other touris place. I do like the chill part of it
