Friendly staff provide 24 hours reception services. Reception also helps to keep my delivery when we order takeaway online.
Close to restaurants, shops and Luomashi metro station, easy to book a DiDi taxi and get around the CBD and many places of interest.
Facilities are accessible and usable, malfunction devices get fixed and replaced on the same day to remain functioning thanks to the efficient maintenance staff.
Got 2 large double beds with one soft and one hard mattress combination to suit different needs.
The washing machine and microwave are very useful when traveling with kids in summer.
The room projector has some movies and TV serials in Chinese under a free account. It is visible when all the curtains and lights are off.
Free Wifi is also available for lite Internet access at 3-5Mbps.
Quiet in the night as the room is 20+ floors above the ground.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and beautifully decorated, with a great view of the city from the window. The location is also very convenient – there are plenty of restaurants nearby, all within walking distance.
Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding – it took about 25 minutes by taxi.

Very nice place to stay. There is an automatic mahjong table. There are a lot of eatries downstairs. Everday cleaning and replacing slipper , toothbrush, water.... 👍

The experience was awesome! We feel home, with nice tea and snacks provided by the hotel at level 8. The receptionists are so kind and friendly, especially when we don’t have a Chinese phone number to make a booking for tickets, they are willing to help us and sending the reminder to us. The overall environment is splendid! We feel reluctant to check out as the room is so nice, so will definitely stay here again in the future! Highly recommended!

Some of the furniture looked abit old but generally cleanliness is still ok. They provided a mahjong table as well! This service apartment was next to a Ritz Carlton Hotel so the surroundings were safe.
