Mcsrh Hotel (Chengdu Hongpailou Branch)

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the hotel and I must say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. First and foremost, the cleanliness of the hotel was top - notch. Every corner, from the lobby to the guest rooms, was spotless. The housekeeping staff clearly takes great pride in their work, and it shows. There was not a speck of dust or a single misplaced item anywhere. The hotel staff, in general, was simply wonderful. They were always polite, friendly, and extremely helpful. Whether it was the front desk answering my numerous questions with patience or the waitstaff in the restaurant providing excellent service, everyone made me feel welcome and valued. Their attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile really made my stay special. The service at the hotel was amazing. Requests were attended to promptly, and there was always a smile on the faces of the staff. They seemed to anticipate my needs before I even had to ask. For example, when I inquired about local attractions, the concierge not only provided detailed information but also made some great suggestions that I hadn't considered. The environment of the hotel was great. It had a nice selection of restaurants and bars. The restaurants offered a diverse menu with delicious food. The bars were a great place to unwind after a long day, with a wide variety of drinks and a cozy atmosphere. Additionally, the hotel's location was very convenient in terms of public transport. It was easy to get to various parts of the city, which was a huge plus for me as a traveler. In conclusion, I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay. It offers a combination of cleanliness, excellent staff, amazing service, and a great environment with added conveniences like restaurants, bars, and easy access to public transport. It truly is a gem in the hospitality industry.

Not very far from the metro, Hongpailou and Taipingyuan. The staff were helpful. Wide room. The air conditioner worked very well.

Definitely recommend this property. Comfortable room, good sound-proo and cleanliness. Staff very pleasant and helpfull.

Hotel location is about 10 min walk from Taipingyuan or Hongpailou metro. A lot of places to eat nearby. OK only for sleep and catching morning flight from Shuangliu.

The hotel definite Has great front desk people. Very helpful in helping me with luggages to my room. The front desk manager helped me booked my train ticket. And when I left my phone charger, I was immediacy informed about it and asked if I want it sent to me. That to me is honesty and service! However, the location although has plenty of eateries, for  a foreign traveler, it is a bit far from the center. But the room is spacious and affordable. If you learn to take the subway, it would be a good location for the price!
