Regarding hygiene standards, each customer's judgment standard is different, and you judge 2-star hygiene with a 3~4-star standard, which is too strict. You get what you pay for. At our hotel level, the recognition of the matching guests is still very high. Usually, there are customers who transfer from 3~4 star hotels, because in order to save money, but they are very recognized by our hygiene, and if the hygiene is poor, they will not come to stay often.
