Your hotel is one of the few hotels that I want to write a bad review before I go to bed. The hygiene is ridiculously poor. Figures 1-4 are the floor and the wall respectively. Figure 4 is an unknown stain on the wall. Figure 5 is the same position after I wiped it for you. The hair dryer is so dirty that I don’t even want to take a photo. Hurry up and clean it. This is still visible. I can’t imagine the hygiene of towels, sheets, etc. Facilities: The hotel opened in 2024. The bath water temperature is hot and cold. In the off-season, only one elevator is opened. In the morning, if there are more people going downstairs, the elevator is overloaded and you have to wait. The room near the Third Ring Road is unbearably noisy. If you change to another direction, the sound insulation is still very poor.

The location is good, the room is large, the facilities are relatively new, and it is close to the East Station. Guests with cars can choose it first. There are only two elevators, which is a little inconvenient during peak hours.

The front desk guys and girls are very enthusiastic and can solve all the problems quickly. The newly opened hotel has activities on May Day, which is worth a thumbs up! It is very convenient to see pandas.

Upgraded to a deluxe king-size bed room. The male waiters and young ladies in the front hall are very friendly. The room is clean and sanitary. I would recommend it to my friends. It is a bit noisy near the Third Ring Road. It is not recommended to open the window. However, the glass of this hotel has good sound insulation. A small suggestion: clean the room to remove the smoke smell when cleaning.

Check in quickly, the new hotel is very clean. When I left, I drove and was given two bottles of ice water, and the children were given room temperature. The service was great. It is not far from the panda base. We planned to see Huahua the next day, so we booked here
