位置：就在旅遊學院旁邊，小吃什麼的都很齊全。
衞生：去的時候阿姨在打掃，整體環境不錯。
設施：正常該有都有，一次性拖鞋浴巾毛巾齊全。
環境：注意！注意！注意！唯一唯一唯一晚上有噪音，不知道哪兒來的噪音，持續二十秒多，完事兒停了又開始無限循環，需要特別安靜的人不適合。

慎選這個民宿。浴室洗澡存在很大問題。如果大冬天來，遇到5℃的天氣，碰到這種儲水式電熱水器，不僅水壓不夠，還可能洗到中途變冷水澡，直接喜提一個感冒以及胃痙攣。這種所謂“完全夠三個人洗澡”的熱水，結果，在我們在外面水龍頭沒怎麼用的情況下，進了浴室後，連讓一個人洗完澡都不夠呢。店家還不會承認熱水器有問題，也不會給葯費，被破壞的衹有旅客的健康和心情狀態呢。噢，店家為了否認我們遇到的問題，直接説所有房間都是這種熱水器，這種事情概率不是百分百，但碰到熱水器扯拐變成冷水澡衹能旅客自認倒黴咯。
