The hotel is located very near the city centre, and it is a very convenient location in terms of shopping and dining. The hotel staff is very kind and helpful. There's even a free laundry service which is very convenient for travelers. The room was a bit small but comfortable and clean. The only issue were the thin walls and the loud people in other rooms, who talked stridently in the middle of the night and even yelled like they were out on the streets. It seemed like they were inside the room with us. But overall, it was a good experience.

I had a comfortable stay in the Home InnNeo hotel in Chengdu. The essentials were topped up daily and room cleaned. There was also a breakfast, which was a high standard. The location was close to the subway and local shops, which was very convenient. I recommend this hotel to other travellers.

hotel staff very friendly and helpful, first night my room too near to lift and abit noisy, after feedback hotel staff change the room for me. Hotel provide free washing machines and drying machines, water fill machine at 8th floor which the add point to me. Walking distance 150m to LRT and easy to get e-hailing Didi car, and right beside hotel there a convenience stall which also a add point, overall I happy with the hotel

It took at least 15 minutes from the hotel to chunxi. The hotel was old and dirty. The rooms was small. Hair dryer was broken 🤨. Receptionists was not friendly. I just want to give them 1210

The location is good, but overall the experience was pretty average. Every morning, you can hear chickens squawking as this hotel is right next to a restaurant where they slaughter chickens every morning. If you’re sensitive to noise, I wouldn’t recommend this place, as you can even hear people in the neighboring rooms coughing softly.
The room isn’t spacious for those bringing large luggage. We stayed there for three nights, but the TV never worked. We contacted them via WeChat but received no response.

Centrally located, just 3 min walking from the subway and Chunxi Road and Tianfu Square very close by. Staff didn't speak English, but translate does the job. Room was good and had everything we needed. Could have been a tad cleaner, but overall it was clean enough. Recommended.
