首先，露天游泳池真的太驚艷了，絕對是俯瞰成都的最佳視野之一。還有可愛的大熊貓相伴。
酒店的房間要比圖片上更令人滿意，打掃得乾淨衞生，入住時非常滿意。全屋智能操作起來也很輕鬆。特別感謝管家（平平），不僅熱情提供服務，有問題也是有求必應。每天還有貼心的水果小吃贈送。礦泉水有6瓶，大讚！
位置不是太好找，從紅星橋站C口出來後，就在麥當勞和便利店中間的物業管理的那個位置進去，最裡麪的2部電梯上40樓（外面那部不到）。
附件是商業區和住宅區，非常繁華，各種店應有盡有，交通和生活都很便利。
非常棒的入住體驗，再一次贊一下高空游泳池👍

喜歡拍照的朋友們，酒店在頂層，風景很美喔，晚上拍夜景也很不錯的，40樓大廳有一個公共區域的平台 可以看到成都著名的339塔 酒店有大的落地窗，大大的浴缸，還有投影喔，附近還有有名的夜市小吃街，各種好吃的應有盡有，服務態度也很好，前台的肖肖平平 管家，有求必應喔，下午還會送歡迎水果，很滿意的一次入住體驗

房間設施很棒：配備智能馬桶、語音中控，投影清晰、設備齊全
環境：房間很大、淋浴也是乾濕分離、而且有一個小細節淋浴門上掛了一個腳巾，洗完澡出來有擦腳的真的很棒、咖啡茶包礦泉水都很不錯👍
有點小遺憾沒有拍照片O（∩_∩）O~~
而且離成都339很近真的好nice、房間都在40、41樓

非常喜歡的一家酒店 我是香港過來玩的，房間用語音操控，漂亮的陽台，房間很新乾淨，服務員很好，泊車也免費。唯一缺點是，我房型窗布不能遮擋衞生間，所以早上透光。愛了😻🥰有機會再來，活動還送了熊貓公仔

作為一名遊客，表達一下最真實的感受：①交通非常便利：樓下地鐵站可以順利快捷到達各個景點，地鐵3號線步行十幾步就可以到地鐵站。②酒店房間很乾凈，工區也是特別的乾淨，入住的房間在40-41樓，白天和晚上的景色都特別漂亮，不管是走廊還是窗户外面都特別隔音特別安靜。③工作人員也是特別的温柔有耐心，而且好説話，幫忙辦理入住的小姐姐平平 梅梅全程都是微笑的在服務，幫忙介紹房間

可能是我至今為止住酒店的最差體驗，來成都的第一天搞得心情奇差，凌晨1點入住，本來訂了兩天，但早上9點就提前退房換酒店休息了，不想多呆。
先説客觀部分：
1. 房間下水道堵塞：一開始堵的一點都通不了，洗個澡就要溢出來了。不明白這種這麼明顯堵住的，怎麼會在做衞生的時候發現不了，難道沒做衞生？凌晨了，1點半反饋，快2點初步疏通。拿着相應工具和疏通葯丸，一看就是經常堵，搞得還都是味道。疏通後再洗澡還是堵，衹是沒完全堵住。
2. 服務體驗糟糕：都提前溝通過我會凌晨入住，也提前1個小時溝通過了。到樓下了後找不到酒店位置，打電話沒人接（後續確認電話是對的）！還是去問附近商家才找到的。另外，我覺得凌晨發生下水道堵住這種事，心情就已經很糟糕，非但並沒有收到我認為足夠的致歉，離店後竟然還有臉過來索要好評？（圖1）
3. 衞生一般：一個人會有兩個枕頭疊在一起。我翻開第一個枕頭，在第二個枕頭上發現了頭髮絲（圖2），絕對不可能是我的頭髮，再次懷疑有沒打掃？另外半夜發現蚊子，我都有點懷疑是下水道飛上來的。
其他可能是個人偏好問題，倒不是我給差評的原因：
1. 房間內噪音：已經把房間內設備全關了，還是有類似空調的聲音，懷疑是中央空調原因？
2. 智能設備問題：1）地燈自動識別動作開啟很煩，有時衹是被子動一下就亮了；2）有些設備感覺是控制屏壞了，衹能小度語音控制，而當同伴已經睡覺時，你就知道語音控制有多傻；3）房間內放了香水，我不太習慣。

環境是相當不錯的，孩子喜歡的不得了，衞生也是可以的，就是衞生間小了點，服務也不錯，樓頂風光簡直不要太香，交通也十分便利，基本沒什麼不滿意的！
