Actually I would split my review on 2 parts.
First about staff, location and pool - they were super, especially girls on reception that didn't speak English at all even on basic level but made their best to understand me and help in any questions I had. They let us use luggage room and even to stay near pool till our flight. Pool is good with nice view, location - just 30 min walk to Chunxi road.
Second part is about room. It is a little bit "tired" and needs some renovation, especially floor. Electronic system that manages room facilities is in Chinese language, I couldn't find English.
As final I would recommend this hotel. Pluses are more than minus. Especially terrace in our room 4101, we spend beautiful evenings on it watching night Chengdu

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Epic Stay — 5/5 Service
From the moment we walked in, we were blown away. The hotel is stunning — starry night lights, a gorgeous infinity rooftop pool, and a spacious, super-comfortable bed with an incredible city view. The prime location made everything easy: local food vendors, great restaurants, subway access, and simple pickup/drop-off spots for Didi and taxis.
The coffee setup was fantastic, and the service was equally impressive. We never had to worry about the language barrier, and the smart room access was such a cool first-time experience for my kids and me. And if your Chinese tones aren’t perfect, no problem — manual controls are clearly labeled in English.
A massive thank you to the entire staff, especially the friendly front desk ladies and the wonderful aunties who kept our room spotless, stocked with fresh water, and always welcoming. This was a magnificent getaway for us, and we will absolutely be returning.
Truly a five-star experience in every way!

At first sight a nice hotel, at second sight not so much.
- The toilet barely flushes, it got stuck several times
- There is no bath stop, you have to use a plastic cover over te bath, that’s horrible.
- Housekeeping did a bad job, no new toilet paper and no emptying the bins.
- There were hairs at several places
The view is nice but other then that we don’t recommend coming here.

I would say that it is very average hotel beside for the pool and big room. There isn’t much services.
Quite quiet, near train station. Car cannot drop you to the hotel , you need to drag your luggage in , some walkable distance. Not as what I expected.
For the experience, I have only booked for one night, don’t recommend to stay for number of days.
If you’re looking for one night experience, I think it’s still fair. I think they are better hotels in chengdu

Who in my family understands this? The Xitang Hotel I stayed at during this trip has me hooked! I must recommend it to everyone!
Let’s talk about the swimming pool first. It is located high in the sky. You can swim while overlooking the city. The same climbing wall panda as IFS is right in front of you, which is very photogenic.
The hotel room is also amazing. The whole house intelligent voice system makes it very convenient to control the air conditioner, lights, and giant screen projection. There are also coffee machines, direct drinking machines, and capsule coffee. The details are full. The location is also great. It is very close to Chunxi Road, Taikoo Li, and 339. There is a subway station at the door, which is very convenient for travel. The service is even better. The front desk lady Ai Ling is considerate and thoughtful!

Recently renovated structure in a good position with respect to all the main attractions. Room equipped with all possible comforts, electric toilet, bathtub in the room, toiletries and projector. Breakfast delivered to the room by Mc Donald, sandwich and Mc café convenient to start the day. Very scenic pool, but too cold in our period.
