Mengzhiyun Homestay

Very cost-effective homestay. The owner is enthusiastic and answers all questions. On the 4th, I drove to Chengdu Fenghuangshan Comprehensive Sports Center to watch Jacky Cheung's concert. After comparing many hotels online, I chose Mengzhiyun. Good location, located in Poly Business District. 15 minutes walk to Fenghuangshan Comprehensive Sports Center. Password lock self-check-in. Newly opened, although the room type is not large, the room facilities are very new, the indoor environment is clean and hygienic, the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and basic appliances such as washing machines and refrigerators are available. Free parking in the underground parking lot. There are many restaurants downstairs for dining convenience. The only drawback is that disposable slippers and face towels are not provided.

I came from out of town specifically to watch Jacky Cheung's concert. The B&B is very close to the Phoenix Mountain Stadium, which is only a ten-minute walk away. Poly Plaza and Tianjie Shopping District are downstairs, making shopping and eating very convenient. The room is fully equipped with refrigerators and washing machines, and they are almost brand new. The room is also relatively large, and the boss is very nice 👍 Very satisfied!

The room is consistent with the picture, and the room layout is very satisfactory. The front desk lady contacted us in advance to confirm, and her attitude was very good. The hygiene is very satisfactory, there is no smell in the room. I have high requirements for accommodation. I like the feeling of this homestay very much. It is great and has a good impression of Chengdu.

It was my first time to Chengdu, and I couldn't find the location. The boss patiently told me how to get there~~~ The service attitude was perfect, highly praised~~~ There are restaurants, milk tea shops, and coffee shops downstairs, so it's very convenient to eat and drink~~ It's only a 20-minute walk from the Phoenix Mountain Stadium (there are traffic controls for large-scale events, so we almost walk back to the hotel), which is very convenient for watching concerts and games~~~

The room has basic facilities, it's clean, the price/performance ratio is good, and it's convenient to eat downstairs. But the sound-activated lights in the corridor are not sensitive, so people coming and going make a lot of noise, which is quite noisy
