第一，衞生情況我個人認為是極差的（本人有輕微潔癖，所以個人認為極差），或許因為自助式酒店，枕頭套是發黃的，房間裏的沙發，桌子上的空調遙控器都是有較為明顯的污漬等問題。對於有輕微潔癖的朋友們慎重考慮。
第二，我定的是影音大床房，房間佈局如圖，沒有其他評論裏那麼誇張的高大上，整個房間添置了廚房洗衣機這點的確方便，但是隻有一個明顯有污漬的低矮沙發和低矮的小桌子，如果是考慮來附近考試需要用桌子複習用電腦的朋友們慎重考慮。
第三，對於去川大的距離，騎單車大概十幾分鍾，坐地鐵兩站，就還好。到雙流機場打車起步價。
第四，樓下有便利店也有飯店也有早餐。
第五，老闆回消息很快，態度友好。

民宿所在的小區比較安靜，樓下有便利店和飯店，挺方便的。民宿裏面有洗衣機，功能很齊全，還能烘衣服，店家還配備了洗衣凝珠。飲水機可以保温。民宿的衞生環境還不錯，床上用品很舒服。店家回覆也很及時，服務態度好。

我很少寫差評，但是這個我要好好説説
衞生：用的浴巾，毛巾不乾淨，就是平時家用的
環境：房間一直有股刺鼻的香味，也許是為了掩蓋什麼味道，但是我想跟你家説。異味是不管香味還是臭味都算。
服務：沒有任何服務可言，我已經給老闆反應了，然後就沒有任何歉意，然後服務員直接開門進來，跟我説她要打掃
隔音：隔音很不好，早上樓上就在吵，晚上旁邊房間幹啥都能聽到
性價比：一百多塊錢，就那樣吧，但是不理解那麼多好評哪裡來的
最後，提醒一下，謹慎入住，確實不好。

1.房東是懂設計，有強烈審美能力的，大家請看第一張照片；
2.房東是講究細節的，是細節控；
3.感謝洗衣機，帶烘乾功能，對不住房東，我開了一宿的空調製熱，又用了洗衣機洗衣服烘衣服，挺費電的。
4.衞生非常好，入住也方便，房東人很好很好。

神仙房間啊…性價比超高（交通方面 離地鐵站很近 去機場打車衹要十分鐘左右）而且服務很細緻 老闆人很好～房間裏的設施可謂是非常齊全了
