Front desk staff is very friendly and helpful.
The room is clean and tidy. However, the shower drainage is very slow and I suspect it is partially blocked.
The hot water is not steady, sometimes hot and sometimes cold.

Very close to Chengdu East Station, the room is larger than usual, newly renovated, the owner is friendly, you can check out at 1pm the next day, because it is a homestay, there will be noise when entering and leaving other rooms

I booked a room for 4 nights. The room was at a good discount for the first two days. Then I went out for a day. When I came back, I changed it to the cheapest small room. There were also cockroaches. It was useless to argue with the administrator. The service attitude was very poor. Very Uncomfortable stay experience
