Overall it's a very modern hotel with all the necessities. However it's not child friendly. Self service laundry is a plus point

Hotel is new and its location is great. Very close to subway station, approximately less than 5mins.
Staff are friendly. We encountered power failure on our last day morning (electrician inspection for the area), so hotel had free extend our check out time and give two pandas as free gift to us for inconvenience caused.
Additionally, the hotel provides free self laundry service. However,It will be better if the room has refrigerator.

Hotel is conveniently located near the train station exit A with escalator. However there were 3 to 4 small steps after exiting. There were no shelter link to the hotel. Staff were polite and greeted us everytime we passed by. One of the staff even helped us to carry our parcels to our room. The basin and toilet were separated from the bathroom. But toilet seems to be able to see through. The water temperature can be kept consistently at the desired temperature.

帶小朋友來成都玩，綜合比較選擇了這家全季，交通非常方便，離地鐵口很近，4號線和6號線
房間很乾凈，設施也都比較新，還送了熊貓鑰匙扣，萌萌噠！
餐廳雖然比較小，但明亮衞生，閑時都是有座位的，小朋友很喜歡吃這裏的肉包子和湯麪
點外賣很方便，會有機器人送到房間門口
最值得讚許的是這裏的工作人員都非常熱情有禮，前台小姐姐每次都主動問好，餐廳的工作人員也會主動幫助小朋友拿東西，為你們點贊！

酒店交通方便，地鐵出來就到。房間很安靜，雖然臨街聽不到街道上的聲音。服務人員很熱情，很親切，房間也很乾凈。早餐很好吃，品種蠻多，補的也很及時。大堂經理服務很好，幫我女兒烤麪包，我女兒吃不完的麪包也幫我們打包了。
