首先房子不錯，性價比還可以，老闆人也很好，房間有監控，安全還是可以保障的，但是！非常不隔音，半夜經常有人起來上廁所，那個衞生間的抽水聲又特別大，然後房子不隔音，旁邊人説話大聲點也能聽見
要是不介意聲音這個缺點的，還是很推薦的，衹是對於我本人來説，這次住宿太鬧心了，半夜三點還有人起床吹頭髮！還好吹頭了兩分鐘後，被一個正義的大哥喝止了

個人覺得房間可以，首先房間打掃很乾凈，房間有空調還有電腦桌，很方便，不過用空調是照電錶，用了得自己掏，也能理解，畢竟房間便宜，阿姨人很好，還到小區門口接我，體驗可以，下次來成都還選你家。
