Main door lock spoil, air ventilation system blows out black particles and the vent looks like it's going to fall down. Toilet door cannot close properly; when we asked the receptionist she gave us a standing fan to block the door and even told us the previous guests used the same item to block the door. Toilet was very smelly when we checked in and they didn't do much about it even after feedback. Had to buy our own air freshener to put in the toilet.

I booked the room with 2 big beds, however one of the bed was really hard. I have to fold the blanket into 2 to cushion the hardness of the bed. The attitude of the cleaner can be improved. Saw her throwing tantrums when cleaning the rooms on 17th floor. Was not pleased when we asked for toiletries that were not replenished for our room. However the reception staff was helpful and assisted in extending the check out time to 3pm from 2pm based on our booking. Appreciate that.

A lovely spacious room, excellent shower, and a little washer of our own. Good location close to Taisheng south metro. Walkable to peoples park.

Great stay, with early check-in was great service extended to us. Nice and helpful reception manage to ease our worries during stay. Bed and linen were excellent, and all of us had good rest each day. housekeeping could improve would be better!

The hotel is on 17&18th floor of the building. You can check in on 18th floor. Everything is good and way more high-tech than other hotels outside China.
