演唱會接送服務:酒店會提前登記好每個人的來去訊息，免費到場館門口接送，真的剩去了很多交通的不便。
設施：很新一點也不陳舊，乾乾淨淨的，真的很不錯。
衞生：衞生是我這次居住下來，最滿意的地方，真的很乾凈，房間沒有一絲的異味兒，牆邊牆角這些地方都是乾淨的，這次是看健次的演唱會，今年跨年還會和家人再來成都，到時候還訂這家酒店！
環境：很安靜，隔音也不錯。
服務：蠻好的，因為在酒店縫演唱會要穿的衣服，縫好了卻發現沒帶剪刀，剪不了線，就打電話問前台，她們説因為是危險用品，衹能我本人到前台。側面也就能看出，這家酒店對安全的重視。
總之，好評！體驗感蠻好的，演唱會看的也很開心😀

房間還可以，但是周邊衞生做得太差了，32樓下午電梯口前還有別人吃剩的餐盤，看到的時候真的很反胃。客房裡沒有找到聯繫前台的電話，房間裏的小度還提供了錯誤的早餐時間和地點

服務很好，套房稍微有點不採光，但是很大，設計分區也很合理，喝茶泡茶很舒服，泡澡區域也很舒。整體就是緊湊但很合理，也互不影響。
很晚到的，服務員很好，大哥還特意幫忙帶行李帶到房間。
