We selected room with window and was in absolute shocked when the room window is like the small toilet size window right at top right corner. Requested to change room and counter staff suggested upgrade by paying additional RMB100 per night, which we rejected! Ultimately the manager came and finally changed to a room for us. There is no mini fridge. The location is ok. Note that taxi or car booking need to be aware that they have front and back entrance, both cannot stop for long waiting due to traffic.

Definitely perfect
About 5min walk to IFS or Metro
Services very nice
No problem about languages because we contact via Wechat app
The hotel really clean and new no smoking smell
Also there is a butt spray👍👍👍
Recommend to include breakfast 👍
Only one thing to concern is the elevator that wait a bit long time (about 5-10min)
BTW, it's only in rush hour
You can go up and then go down that's faster

Hotel location is good close to walking distance easy to eat and shopping. Staff service is very good. Only one thing is Soundproofing not so good.

Great location at the heart of Chengdu’s busiest area, perfect for shopping and nightlife. Also really well connected by metro. The hotel is new and well designed, and the room was spacious and really well equipped. Main con is that the hotel is in (and shares elevators with) a 30+ floors office building, and during rush hours it can take ages to get a free elevator. Our room’s “city view” was also quite poor.
