我們訂了三個房間前台小姐姐給我們推薦一個三人間一個標間，他們這兩個房型都好大適合家庭和閨蜜出遊，還配置了一次性洗臉巾、紙杯、馬桶套解決了我們的後顧之憂，服務態度也挺好的有問必答還給我們推薦了吃的玩的特別暖心，酒店衞生也挺好的

中午12點過來辦理入住，老闆告知我們房間退了沒打掃。又讓前台小妹兒帶我們去看房間。話裏話外的讓我們加錢升級房間。看了房間後我們不滿意，就説取消了不住這裏。老闆又説給我們重新換一個房間。我還特地問了有沒有窗户（給我們看的房間沒窗户，但是訂房間詳情頁是有窗户的），告知我們有窗户，我們還感謝她給我重新安排房間，結果到房間一看，窗户在廁所裏面。房間是沒有窗户的，房間牆面是一邊高一邊矮，很壓抑，房間沒窗户不通風，空調聲也特別響。總體來説不推薦，套路太深，就想讓你加錢換房間

剛開始不知道酒店的房型是什麼樣的就隨便下了個特惠房，前台很貼心會帶去看房，會根據自己的需求更換房型，強烈推薦大家住觀景大床房，全落地窗可以看古鎮的夜景，房間很乾凈整潔設備設施齊全，環境很好，洛帶古鎮的小吃也很平價幾十塊錢就可以吃到飽，大家可以安心下單

這次出行很滿意✔預訂的酒店到店升級了一個花園投影房。晚上睡覺很安靜，環境很好。酒店前台妹妹也很熱情，知道帶了小朋友幫我們貼心拿了一床小被子。

地理位置非常棒，門口就是洛帶古鎮，非常方便，周邊吃飯購物都有，無縫銜接進景區。房間不算大，總體乾淨衞生，有提供一次性洗漱用品，毛巾也是一次性的，好評。

前台小姐姐非常熱情，給我們推薦裝造做的好的店和周圍好吃的火鍋，退房的時候還幫我們行李，酒店環境也是棒棒的，衞生這些維護的蠻好的，一次性的用品齊全

有個小花園，離古鎮很近很方便，酒店位置很好找，樓下吃的很多，打車也方便。衞生條件不錯，就是隔音不太好聽得到窗户外面別人説話，服務態度很好

房間很舒服，我定的是特惠 但是並不是很喜歡特惠的房型，前台小姐姐就建議我補了點差價換到了花園房 還是蠻喜歡的 保潔阿姨也挺好的 我買了梔子花杯子裝上 不小心碰倒了全是水 叫阿姨馬上就來給我拖了
