太離譜了吧，明明説好是兩點入住的，結果我們三點到了衞生還沒開始打掃，説是讓我們先上去放行李，然後打掃衞生的阿姨過了十多二十分鐘才趕到，還讓我們先去外面逛一圈再回來，出行計劃完全被打亂想很多服了。loft二樓也很矮的，直不起腰的那種，稍不注意就會碰到頭，床也不是床，就一個床墊放地上鋪了被子而已，衞生間洗澡瓷磚的地方都已經有黃色的污垢了 ……退房的時候説東西忘拿了進去拿一下，客服半天才回消息真的是離譜，服務也差，避雷避雷

坐了一天的車進房間就看見床上有頭髮洗漱間更多，洗手枱裏面還有別人吃完的泡泡糖粘在上面已經發黴了，我當時還用手去摳，好惡心啊續住第二天還沒有人來打掃房間的

來成都旅遊的可以嘗試入住這個民宿，環境優美，房間乾淨衞生，設施也非常齊全，而且下樓走100米就是建設路小吃街，真的非常方便

一開始來的時候房間還沒打掃，等了半天后麪換了房間，但是住了一天以後手上長了很多包，進房間感覺很悶，住了那麼多民宿酒店，這是最無語的一個了

衞生差，杯子裏面有牙膏印，沒辦法用，水龍頭上面也是臟兮兮的，浴巾也不會更換，説的退房當天晚上十二點之前按金自動退還，現在遲遲沒有退回來，好的一點是幫我延遲退房了，感謝，但是我還沒退房呢，睡得正香，服務員差點沖進來要搞衞生，太嚇人了吧，反正不會再去第二次！
