Rooms were good and they clean up everyday. It was possible to hear people in the corridor and doors opening and closing though.
Location is good, 10 min walking to Chunxi Road, easy to grab a taxi everywhere. Lots of restaurants around.
For such a big hotel I’d recommend them to add more drying machines, only 1 gets stressful. Gym could use some more equipment such as weights too.

It’s so comfortable to stay at Wan’ao Hotel and everyone is very friendly and responsive here, the room is super clean and comfortable to stay. It’s just 12 minutes walking distance to Chunxi road gate E1 train station. Just one drawback is it’s a bit noisy at night coz it’s near the roadside but can get earbuds from front desk so it’s not a big issue considering the price, environment, service, breakfast, location and so on.. It worth its price and me and my parents like it a lot!

Front desk give fantastic service. They use translator and they try their best to assist you. They offer advice where to eat locally. Great Soup Vendor and BBQ 5 minute away. Location near all city attractions. 800m to subway and 400m ro bus stop. Rooms are spotless and modern western design.I would come back here.

Room in good condition with heater provided. Tv box with lots of channel. Room cleanliness ok. Location near IFS and walking distance to railway. Overall a pleasant stay.

We had a room with 2 beds and stayed for 3 nights. The staff were friendly and nice. The room is spacious. The location is not too far from the famous IFS and Taikoo Li and there are restaurants outside the hotel. The rooms are automated by a smart AI tool too but not really sure if it’s working well. Though the hallway’s carpet needs cleaning / replacement because it’s dark and unhygienic to see.
Overall, we had a good stay 😊

Great location, surrounding delicious food. Staff is very friendly too. The hotel help us to received our parcel and also provide luggage storage when we travelling to other attractions. Highly recommended.
