Hot Springs Hotels in Chengdu

The hotel room is clean and tidy. It’s really easy to locate after exiting the train station, however do note that there is a flight of stairs to climb from the train station (especially with luggage). There are many convenient stores and food stalls nearby. The staff were very friendly which made the check in process really smooth and easy. We even received some freebies from the receptionist. The hotel is decorated based on Sun Wu Kong and have really cute and interesting designs all around the lobby and corridors. There is a laundry room with 3 washing machine and 1 dryer.

Beautiful hotel, some of the most friendly and helpful staff I’ve met, and while there wasn’t too much to do a short walking distance from the hotel, it’s perfectly centrally located for a short taxi ride anywhere. Less than twenty minutes and I was at the Zoo, and even closer was the KuanZhai Alleys, a great spot of culture and food.

The outdoor hot springs is amazing - limited to twice a day, the waters are infused with ions for skin health benefits. Although the room itself could do with better maintenance, overall, it’s a very pleasant stay. Highly recommend staying here if you’re using Chengdu as an interim destination to get to other sights like Dujiangyan, etc.

The experience of staying at Yueya this time is perfect. It is definitely one of the most considerate hotels I have ever stayed in! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, the staff greeted me with a warm smile. When checking in, they were not only efficient, but also took the initiative to introduce the hotel facilities and surrounding travel guides. The meticulous service made me feel warm. The room gave me a big surprise! The overall decoration is simple and elegant, the space is spacious and bright, the hygiene is impeccable, the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, lying on it is like sinking into the clouds, and having a good night's sleep. Intelligent equipment is available, and the lights and curtains can be controlled by voice, which is full of technology. The bathroom is reasonably designed to separate wet and dry, and the toiletries equipped are high-end fragrance brands, and even the details are so exquisite. The hotel's catering is also impressive. The variety of breakfast is rich beyond imagination, with all kinds of Chinese and Western food, and the aroma of freshly made fried eggs and small noodles is overflowing, even a picky eater like me is satisfied. In addition, the gym and hot spring facilities are complete, and you can relax your body and mind in your spare time. The most praiseworthy thing is the service awareness of the staff. Whether it is room service or front desk consultation, they can respond quickly and solve problems. A customized small gift was also given when checking out. This thoughtfulness makes people want to visit again! Highly recommended to all friends who pursue quality accommodation, you will never be disappointed! If high-end hotels compete on facilities, then Yueya definitely wins with the sincerity of ”treating guests as family”. Whether it is a business trip or a vacation, this place can give you a touch beyond your expectations. I am already looking forward to my next stay, because I know that there will always be more thoughtful details waiting for me here than I imagined.

Overall the stay was average. +Staff was kind enough to upgrade us to a room with window (from no window). +Staff were generally helpful. Seamless check in and check out. - Not a very convenient location, have to didi everywhere - Felt that the room can be cleaner…. The toilet bowl has some stains when we arrived and small hairs….. corners were also….a no… bathroom slippers were also looking quite old and dirty (did not wear them) - not sure if there is a room heater….and could not seem to adjust the room temp.

The service attitude of each staff member is great. The environment is very quiet and clean. They will call in advance to let us know when to arrive at the store. Parent-child travel will proactively provide children's slippers and children's toothbrushes. It is also very convenient to travel near the hotel. It is very close to Metro Line 2. The one-day tour group you sign up for can also be picked up at the door. Crossing the road is Kuanzhai Alley. It takes only 10 minutes to go to Qintai Road to see the elegant Shu style. There are many snacks on Xi'an South Road nearby. There is a convenience store just around the corner. When checking out, a small blind box was given to the children. It was really unexpected. The children liked it very much. There is also luggage storage service. Accommodation is the first stop in Chengdu during the May Day holiday. Being able to feel the excellent service attitude adds points to this trip. The people of Chengdu are still very amiable. It is a parent-child friendly hotel. I strongly recommend it!!!

Stayed as a couple for 1 night in December. Hospitality at Heritage Hotel really made all the difference. Mr. Frontdesk was very cheerful and helpful. The hotel has no elevators, he and the other ladies would all help to carry our luggages up 1-2 floors. They were very helpful with storing our Taobao packages before we check-in as well. The hotel looked as aesthetic as it does online. Only regret is not staying longer!

這一次的旅行，住得還是很舒適滿意的啦！酒店超級新，沒有一點可以挑剔的地方。網絡也很穩定。 服務:有什麼問題也看得出前台在儘量的滿足需求。跟家人想要安排在同一樓層也能想辦法處理。洗衣服沒有消毒液，前台得知需求後，分分鐘就解決了 衞生:沒有什麼肉眼可見的明顯污垢。 環境:房間總體比較安靜，大堂的自助飲吧每天可以喝杯咖啡。對咖啡要求高的還可以在咖啡廳單獨點一杯，早餐的話 來不急去吃可以讓前台打包路早，雖然比較簡單。總體值得推薦👍

The hotel is in a great location, right in Kuanzhai Alley, and it's a five-minute walk from the subway entrance. The hotel is a bit Japanese-style, the rooms are clean and tidy, the breakfast is rich and generous, and four elderly people can't finish it if they each have one. If you leave early that day and breakfast hasn't started yet, you can negotiate for a simple meal to be packed, which is a very humane service.
