It was a fantastic hotel ! Great location right in the middle of Chunxi Road with restaurants and coffee and shopping . We got a free upgrade to a deluxe suite room without us even asking. And furthermore they gave us complimentary breakfast for two. When we checked out, they gave us a gift of panda soft toy and a panda tote bag. The front desk staff are friendly and warm. The hotel room is spacious, clean, strong pressure in the toilet and shower and so beautifully designed. You will love it! Only 1 feedback. We saw a food delivery man making his way to the 12th floor to deliver food, even though lift needs room pass to access. I think the security can be tightened for food delivery to be left at front desk and have the robot deliver for the customers.

The New Year is coming soon. There are New Year decorations in the hotel lobby. It's great to take photos and check in. The room layout is simple, the bedding is comfortable, there is a laundry room on the fifth floor, which is very convenient. The location is also very good. Whenever I travel, I always choose Hilton. This time when I came to Chengdu, I chose a hotel near Chunxi Road, which is very convenient for traveling and shopping. The hotel lobby is nice and check-in is quick. I especially want to praise Fiona, a beautiful Sichuanese girl. She was enthusiastic and attentive. When I was going through the formalities, she also introduced the facilities and nearby places of interest. The waiting time was very enjoyable. The room is clean and tidy, the bedding is comfortable, and there is a 180-degree floor-to-ceiling window, which is perfect for me who loves taking photos. Fiona's service really added points to this stay. I must highly recommend it. I will definitely come back next time!
