Hotels near Chengdu Broken Relationship Museum (Chunxi Road Flagship Store) in Chengdu

Returning to this place after a trip out to Emeishan. Was greeted warmly by a staff who helped me check in two days ago and remembered me. Now that I have time to wander the streets of Chengdu at Chunxi road and Taikuli, i must say this Ibis is in a good location ! There is also a free laundry facilities with detergent. Excellent !

Overall the rooms were clean and well equipped, but small and dark. They also had a faint smell of cigarettes, even though they were non-smoking. I switched rooms and found the same problem in the second one. The first room also faced the inside of a courtyard with a blaring neon sign that went straight into my window. All in all I needed a place to stay for the night and while this was comfortable enough, I'm not sure I would stay here again. The staff was very friendly though and it's in a good (albeit busy) location in the center of the city. Despite this it was pretty quiet.

The hotel is very nice ,once you enter you feel a comfortable ambiance with the high ceiling.The staff are all very friendly and hospitable willing to help.The room we stay-in is had a very nice smell.Buffet breakfast had a lot of food so many choices.Hope to be back again.

The hotel room is very spacious and nice. Toilet and shower is separate. Hot lemon ginger, fresh coffee and crisps are offered in the lobby. The staff are very friendly and helpful. As we earlier stayed at another Atour and needed to get our Taobao package, the staff arranged for the package transfer within the hour. Free evening snack. Free laundry services. We purchased breakfast with our room and there is a wide selection. We are all very this hotel 👍👍👍

Unmatched location for business or pleasure. A major upgrade should put the Crowne Plaza back at the top of Chengdu 5* hotels. Excellent club sandwich in 24hr room service and comprehensive and delicious breakfast with Sichuan and Western breakfast buffet. Staff are friendly and efficient, prices are reasonable and a little Chinese goes a long way for the mostly English speaking staff.

The room facilities are a bit old, but they have everything they need, and the hygiene is good. The waiter on the eighth floor is very responsible and enthusiastic, and I feel at home. The lobby staff answered questions in detail and were very enthusiastic. The biggest advantage of the hotel is that it is on Chunxi Road, and it is very convenient to go anywhere. There are food and shopping everywhere downstairs. Drinking coffee, milk tea, and going to teahouses are all within 200 meters. This should be the best choice to experience the prosperity of Chengdu. I forgot to take pictures, and I will make up for it next time.

The location is good. I wanted to book using Accor but the hotel is very slow to respond to my requests. The reception counter is very busy but still efficient. However, some of the reception can be less helpful when I have problem with my package sent to the hotel. Breakfast area is too small and is very crowded even after 0930. The cheese provided is very bad, and the noodles station is overwhelmed and I didn`t managed to place my order. The lift is slow, and there is jam during breakfast peak. I did not have time for tea, and was able to get good ice creams instead. The checkout process is very smooth, special mention to Nu Nu who gave me souvenir and check in with me on my stay.

Very very pleasant experience! Location - this is a superb location. Food, metro station, centralised, all within walking distance to various attractions. Metro is practically just downstairs E2 and E1 entrance! And many good and super popular food outlets like 冯校长steamboat, 陶德砂锅，麻六记酸辣粉，etc. are iust downstairs! Service - can't say enough, am super happy with every single staff service. Be it front desk (林姓前台服务员）, restaurant or cleaning staff. Room - clean, comfortable bed and pillow, big room. Suggest having the room on the inner side of the hotel. The one facing the road, nice view, but super noisy. My only 2 concerns would be no full length mirror in the room, only 1 half body mirror in bathroom, The other concern is the sound proofing from the corridor. Am always awaken by the noises from corridor in the morning. In any case, I will highly recommend any 1st time visitor to Chengdu to stay in this hotel. Superb! 👍 Just realised a hiccup, a very good lock 🔒 I bought from USA is lost in the room. Wondering what happened. Hopefully it could be recovered by the hotel. Will update all.

Facilities: The facilities are very new and everything is pretty good. Hygiene: The ladies are super cute and work very neatly, so I feel more at ease when it comes to hygiene. Environment: The hotel is very close to Chunxi Road, which is very suitable for shopping, haha. Service: The service is outstanding, everyone will greet you warmly.

The hotel is very well equipped, even body lotion has been taken into consideration, and there is also a Kung Fu tea set. It is very comfortable to take a rest and drink tea after being tired from shopping.
