Chengdu Hotels with Breakfast

Stacey at the front desk was very helpful and kind. Excellent hotel and I always stay here when I’m in Chengdu. Good breakfast and customer service is always good. Slight issue with the bath in room 3022 but I fed this back to the front desk. Would definitely recommend.

We had the pleasure of staying at Mercure Chengdu Chunxi Taikoo Li for one night, and our experience was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the seamless and efficient check-in process. The staff was exceptionally professional and welcoming, ensuring we felt at ease right away. One of the highlights of our stay was the thoughtful complimentary services offered by the hotel. We were delighted to enjoy a lovely afternoon tea, which added a touch of indulgence to our experience. Additionally, the complimentary fruit platter provided was a refreshing and much-appreciated gesture. The attention to detail in these small yet impactful offerings truly made us feel valued as guests. Our room exceeded our expectations in both comfort and size. The spacious layout provided plenty of room to relax, and it was immaculately clean and well-equipped with everything we could need for a comfortable stay. The design and decor were modern and inviting, making it a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. The complimentary breakfast the next morning was another highlight of our stay. The variety of options available was impressive, catering to different tastes and preferences. Everything we tried was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. It was the perfect way to start our day. The hotel’s location is absolutely fantastic. Situated in the heart of Chengdu, it is conveniently close to the vibrant Chunxi Road and Taikoo Li, two of the city’s most popular spots for shopping, dining, and entertainment. This prime location made it incredibly easy to explore the surrounding attractions and fully immerse ourselves in the energy of Chengdu. In summary, our stay at Mercure Chengdu Chunxi Taikoo Li was truly exceptional. From the outstanding service to the thoughtful complimentary amenities and prime location, every aspect of our visit was carefully curated to ensure a memorable experience. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chengdu and look forward to returning in the future.

Very clean hotel. Cleaning service was very good. Room was spacious. Check in and check out was a breeze. Location was excellent as well. Very near to Chunxi Road and lots of eateries and shopping streets around the hotel. The subway on Chunxi road was also nearby. Definitely recommended for families.

Excellent service from the reception counter. Because we don't really know how to operate the local app then have to keep bathing the staffs but they are very patience. Like the room setting. It's super clean. And I like the concept of robots going around to deliver things. It made food ordering very easy too. Will come again

The hotel is at walking distance from the People's park and Tianfu square. While walking from the subway station is possible, it is not so comfortable if one has heavy luggage. The area has some shops/restaurants (I recommend dinner at the hot pot restaurant on the main cross road near the hotel) but the hotel street is not a busy commercial street. By walking a little more, one can reach Kuan Alley. The hotel itself is pleasant and also pleasantly smells orange. They provide free orange juice at the reception and candies in the room. The room was modern, clean, and the space adequate though not with the best view from the window. We particularly liked the free self-service laundry. English is not spoken, but checkin/checkout were smooth with mobilephone translation, and the staff was friendly.

We booked one night as our travel plan to other area was not possible. We are very impressed with the building quality, maintenance, floorplan that even bathroom areas are carefully designed and executed. Everything looks new, gym, pool, spa; selection of shower gel and shampoo that are refreshing, tasty coffee pods provided too. Our biggest regret even until the point we checked out is that we only booked one night. We should have booked more days, something that we will do when returning to Chengdu.

First of all, I would like to thank Ms. MeiKo at the front desk for helping me check in, arranging a nice room for me and carefully introducing local features to me. I was very pleased with the experience thank you very much. 

The sales manager Anthony did a great job! He’s professional in what he’s doing, super friendly and caring. He did a great hotel tour to introduce the brand and all the facilities. I love my stay experience there indeed! Also credit to the lovely lady Icy at the reception.

In a building with more than one hotel, reception is easy to find though. Kind and fast service. Room with a great view of the city and quite a few amenities (Bluetooth built-in speakers, Japanese toilet). Comfortable mattress. Pretty close to the metro station and conveniently close to the city center (tianfu square). Would stay again for great value for money.

The hotel is located next to second hospital and exit B and C at Second Hospital Station of Chengdu Subway. There is a several restaurants nearby and there is nice pick your dishes kind of restaurant nearby. Taikooli station is just 1 stop away or if you choose to you can walk a few blocks to it. The rooms are clean and spacious, the bedsheet and towels are clean, the heating works. There is a laundry and dryer on the 15th floor so you don’t need to bring that many clothes. Everynite the street in front of the hotel turns into street food.
