After we arrived that morning, we had lunch and dinner in the hotel restaurant. The food was very delicious and the service attitude of the restaurant chef was superb. The interior of the hotel is in a garden style with carved beams and painted buildings, which is beautiful. The room is warm and comfortable, and it feels like home. If I have the opportunity to visit Chengde in the future, I will definitely stay here again.

According to the introduction, it was newly renovated in 2023. The room is very new and the window has a wide view. The electric screen curtains and light control are also very easy to use. The toilet and the bathroom are separated into compartments, which is a reasonable layout. There is an adequate supply of bottled drinking water. The welcome service is a smiling service. Chengde Banquet is on the 4th floor of the hotel, which is convenient for eating. The breakfast is OK and full. My parents are very satisfied with this family trip. The price is reasonable and the stay experience is good. In addition, there is a hotel introduction given by the housekeeper Damei, and the travel suggestions are also reasonable, but the itinerary has been arranged and it is not used. It is good for travelers who have not made a strategy to have such a housekeeper service.

Super enthusiastic and helpful front desk employees. They stored my bag after I checked out! One even tried to speak English, which was not necessary but certainly I appreciated the effort! Room was clean and tidy and they even upgraded me for free! The shower facilities were all in good working order as well.

The May Day family tour in Chengde, considering the location, room environment, surrounding facilities, price and other factors, finally booked Tianbao Holiday, stayed for three nights, very satisfied. The hotel is located in the city center, with complete surrounding facilities. Shopping malls, supermarkets, civic squares, night markets, restaurants, etc. are basically within a radius of one kilometer and can be reached on foot. It is not far from the Summer Resort, you can walk, ride a shared electric motorcycle, or take a taxi at the starting price. Parking at the hotel is also very convenient, with parking lots on the ground and underground. The hotel rooms are clean and tidy, and the decoration is relatively new. Professional tour guides will accompany everyone to visit the Summer Resort and give a detailed explanation of the entire history of Chengde. How persistent and passionate they are about the tourism industry. They also helped me book tickets for the circus performance, which is not only trouble-free but also... You know 😯 The hotel also has its own small leisure yard, which is very comfortable away from the hustle and bustle of the city. I took my children out to play on Qingming Festival. I chose Huanyu Holiday Hotel. The location is very convenient. It is 10 minutes drive from our stadium. There are also many places to eat and relax next to it. We live on the first floor. The children are very happy to run around. The clothes are dirty and there is a laundry room at any time. Wash clothes and dry. The room attendants at the front desk are very Nice, always ask the children to play safely, the weather is good, you can see the river view opposite the hotel, stroll around to breathe fresh air and fresh air.

I decided to stay for one night temporarily. It was very convenient to place an order with Ctrip. The room was clean and tidy and the space was large. The place was quiet and comfortable. Parking was convenient. There were many rooms. The restaurant in the hotel was delicious and large in quantity. It was delicious and not expensive. I recommend this lamb chop. My experience was overall good, but the bathroom of the room I booked for the first night (single, queen bed) was so stinky at night that I could not bear it. I called the concierge, and the maid came to clean the bathroom (they were very fast= good service) but the problem is in the pipes, not in the cleanliness, (it was very clean) so spraying a bit of air freshener won't solve the problem. I changed rooms the following night. Also, it was quite noisy at night and in the early morning, they should keep an eye on noisy guests. Last thing, but not less important, people were smoking inside the hotel corridors and it was stinky. The management should try to enforce the rules of non-smoking. I understand that know nobody in the hotel wants to call on the smoking clients, but not enforcing the law results in other clients being unhappy too. All in all, I would probably stay there again.

Went with my wife during the October 7 day holiday . Our normal go to place was the Phoenix hotel that was booked. Place was ok. I say a 3.5/5 Service was good they told us about some tours they offer discounts on and a cool show about an emperor that has like 300 actors in it. Was cheaper than just buying it at the location I booked this because my wife said it was more “central” it was not. Kind of in the middle of nowhere tho near a temple we did visit. The other hotels are near the river and you can walk and see some real nice bridges and lighted up streets. The photos make the building look really cool. While the photos aren’t fake it’s way smaller than I thought it would be. The room itself was kind of small. Like half the size of the phoenix hotel and is only 4 floors so not much of a view. Mine was of a parking lot. Bathroom was nice the toilet was automatic and had a heated seat. No breakfast. Bed wasn’t all that comfortable and not much of a view. Did have a shopping center next door and taxis stopped near it. Kind of pricey but that was because of the 7 day holiday they had. I stayed at phoenix the week before and it was 200 rnb cheaper, nicer, more modern, twice the size, nicer shampoo/soap and had free breakfast.
