S.Phoenix Holiday Hotel Chengde

We were traveling from the south. We chose this hotel on Ctrip. We booked it for one night first and it was very good. Then we extended it for two more nights. I felt very good about this hotel, especially the foreman and waiters in the restaurant who were so enthusiastic and friendly. Courtesy, you feel at home, and there are also room cleaning attendants who work seriously and responsibly. The rooms are kept neat and tidy, and they try their best to meet the reasonable requirements of the guests. I give them a super five-star thumbs up👍

The hotel beds are on the hard side, the pillows and quilts are good, and the hygiene is good. Swimming pool: The swimming pool facilities on the 22nd floor are good. The water has no smell, but it is not particularly clean. The water temperature is low and the depth is 1.2-1.5. Bring your own swimming ring or buy one. The children have a great time. Breakfast: It's pretty average. It's not as good as the reviews, but it's not too bad either. If you don't have high hopes, you won't be disappointed. It is recommended to add local specialties. Environment: Children can feed the fish in the Chinese-style courtyard over there, and the colorful lights at the door are nice. Spa: The hotel provides spa tickets, and everything there is free of charge. The price of drinks is good, less than 8 yuan, and the price of meals is okay, but a bit salty. The service is good and enthusiastic, and the equipment is new and clean. The children had a lot of fun soaking in the pool. There is a naughty castle and a sand pool for children, and they need to buy socks. The waiter will help look after the children. Disadvantages: The elevator door does not sense and may be pinched. There is no need to give a bottle of water as a souvenir. Will recommend to friends, worth coming again.

During the May Day holiday, hotel prices generally increased! Finally, I chose this hotel which is not far from the highway, has a good grade, and has a reasonable price adjustment! The facilities and services match the positioning pricing, and the width of the underground parking space is also reasonably designed. I bought a package with bathing, and I went there to relax at night! The consumption prices inside are quite reasonable! Wanda is not far away, so you don’t have to worry about eating! 😁

This May 1 holiday, I came to Chengde with a few friends and their families and stayed at Zhaofeng Holiday. The experience was very good. It was clean and hygienic. The smiles of the service staff were very sincere. The mattress was especially comfortable. Bath tickets were given as a gift. The bathing service was great. I will stay at Zhaofeng again next time I come to Chengde.

The room was very good, clean and tidy. The room was large, the room facilities were complete and easy to use, the bathroom was separated from the toilet, and the bath water temperature was appropriate and the water volume was sufficient.
