Hotel is grand and new. Rooms are big and clean. Buffet breakfast has a lot of varieties and some menus change everyday. Staffs there are professional, nice and polite. Hotel also provide free entry couple to the spa wellness club adjoining to the hotel. We really enjoy the hotel services and facilities during the 4 days stay. We definitely will stay st this hotel if coming to chengde again. Strongly recommended!

Love this place ! Stayed 3 separate times. Once last year and twice this year. Nicest hotel so far in china I’ve been to. Honestly can’t beat this hotel for the price. I went before the 7 day holiday and during it. Was way more expensive during it but still amazing
Modern, friendly, great bathrooms, customer service and an insane breakfast
Wife mentioned we are repeat customers and they gave us free spa coupon which was great.

The room was OK, but the hotel's internal signs were unclear (there was no sign for breakfast in the elevator room). The elevator door pinched people, my wife once and my child once. I had a room without breakfast, and I bought breakfast separately when I checked in. As a result, the room occupants went to the breakfast room and said that breakfast was not included? Management is chaotic! The hotel soundproofing (upper and lower floors are not good)

A small suggestion ~ It's okay to use large bottles of toiletries, but now express hotels have already used toiletries that cannot be unscrewed. We were traveling from the south. We chose this hotel on Ctrip. We booked it for one night first and it was very good. Then we extended it for two more nights. I felt very good about this hotel, especially the foreman and waiters in the restaurant who were so enthusiastic and friendly. Courtesy, you feel at home, and there are also room cleaning attendants who work seriously and responsibly. The rooms are kept neat and tidy, and they try their best to meet the reasonable requirements of the guests. I give them a super five-star thumbs up👍

The room is spacious, bright and comfortable, and the bed is very comfortable. The only drawback is that there is a building outside the window with six large blowers on the roof that sound very loud from morning to night.
