Jiatai Hotel (Chengde Mountain Resort Toudao Archway)

This time I must praise this hotel. When checking in, I was thoughtfully given two cards, one for the door and one for the electricity. This solved the problem of the room getting hot in the summer and the power being cut off when I pulled out the room card and unable to turn on the air conditioner. It's so sweet. Friends are all attracted by his service and apartment layout, and everyone particularly likes it here. The house is large and spacious, very clean and hygienic. Our family of four can move in easily without any stress. The only drawback is that the second floor is a bit hot, but this problem usually exists in this type of upper and lower apartments. Overall, it is great. There is a restaurant on the second floor downstairs, which is very convenient. The food tastes good and breakfast is also available. It was a particularly pleasant stay.

自駕停車場免費停車，早餐還是不錯的，周邊飲食環境也不錯，有洗衣房方便較長時間入住的，信價比還不錯。洗手間進出有坎有清晰提醒，還是提醒老年人入住要提神注意。

這家和喆啡是共用前台，一開始還不知道就繞了路，房間和喆啡也差不多，很乾凈整潔沒有異味，備品很齊全，咖啡還沒來得及喝，就帶走了打算回家喝

此酒店雖説價格方面稍微便宜一點點，但是給人極其不好的感覺，體驗感很差，一是酒店故意拉長入住時間，當天晚上六點才入住，二是酒店以房型升級的藉口，給客人換房間，藉此留出好房間給沒有提前預訂的旅客，以提高房價，三是入住房間後洗頭液和沐浴乳連一個小孩的用量都不夠，一家三口更不夠用。四是贈的早點券不提前送給客人，還需要客人親自跑腿去拿餐券。五是早餐極為簡陋，連肉絲都見不到。微波爐完全是壞的，想借用一下微波爐都沒有。六是入住時，客人想衹蓋被單，酒店懶得幫忙撤去被芯，讓客人自己撤被芯。想多要一個被罩説沒有。七是退房那天，中午十二點就讓退房，沒有提前告訴，讓人措手不及。差評!!
