房間真心好，經常出來住，這家確實比較乾淨，洗髮水沐浴露都不錯，洗完頭髮不會發柴，而且對於我的長頭髮，還提供了護髮素，這店家太給力了，停車還可以，太晚了不太好停，白天比較好停車。有免費停車場。

第二次入住了，房間乾淨利落，老闆服務很好，停車還算方便，樓下吃飯的挺多的，還有一次性拖鞋馬桶套，房間現在真的太便宜了，顛覆我的認知，在承德還能住到這麼有好有便宜的房間，比連鎖酒店房間還大，配套很全，還有飲水機，這家店比較用心，我入住當天忘拿充電器了，老闆晚上10點多還給我送充電器呢。真的很感動。退房晚退了20分鐘，也沒問題。

房間實際上比照片還要好，佈置的很合理設施也很新，衞生挺乾淨的乾淨，環境挺好的， 晚上睡覺很安靜，一整晚睡的無比靠譜，每次找他都會很快就回復，這是我和朋友出來玩為數不多入住體驗拉滿的民宿！服務、衞生、設施都沒得説像在自己家一樣舒適自在。

這次民宿超出了我的預期！房間佈局合理，温馨舒適，讓人一住進來就感覺到家的温馨，民宿地理位置優越，臨近高鐵站，大學城，出行方便，購物也極其方便。房東很熱情好客，服務周到。讓我倍感親切，極力推薦！

從承德南站步行12分鐘左右就到，民宿老闆人很好，房間特別大一間，附有洗衣機，樓下也有商家可以吃飯，買些東西。

衹能用完美來描述，這個價位，住這麼好的房間，大落地窗，超級推薦榻榻米這套，極米的投影儀，看大片，太奈斯了，屋裡有空調，投影儀，空調，飲水機，一次性杯子，大床睡着舒服，停車比較方便，樓下樓後都是停車位，酒店樓下還有小吃，老闆服務很好，耐心，我們來的比較晚，房間沒有衞生紙了，半夜11點多還給送過來了，還送了2瓶水，這樣的老闆，生意一定會好，下次過來還會來這裏。
