Ha, it was a great trip to Chengde. The room was very clean and tidy. The breakfast ingredients looked very fresh. The parking lot is great, spacious and big. I like it and recommend it.

Satisfactory place: 1. I took a family of 10 or so on a Dragon Boat Festival trip. They were very considerate and helped me upgrade the room type and put them on the same floor. Special thanks. 2. The service speed is very fast. The guys and girls at the front desk are very nice. I asked for water several times and the water was delivered faster than our elevator back to the room. The room service speed is very good, and the room service staff are very, very good. It’s a pity that I didn’t ask their names so I can’t praise them one by one. 3. Parking is so convenient, and there is a parking space very close to charging when we drive by ourselves, which is a great review! 4. The hotel is a perfect match for the Kangxi Grand Ceremony performance. It is within walking distance and there is no need to worry about taking a bus after the show. Yuanbao Street is also very lively at night and there are many delicious food, which perfectly meets the needs. Dissatisfaction: 1. The smell in the lobby is very low-end. Several family members who came in reported a smell similar to the disinfectant in the toilet. They thought it was caused by a problem with the loose smell... In fact, it seemed to be the lobby fragrance used by the hotel. It was really... very difficult. smell. 2. After breakfast, a waitress came to ask how the breakfast was. We were in a hurry and didn’t want to ask too many questions and said “it’s not bad.” To be honest, the quality of the breakfast was not in line with the price. However, given that there is a holiday premium during the Dragon Boat Festival, that’s okay. Even if they are basically equal, they are not worth mentioning for praise alone. In the end, the young lady didn't give up. She said she would send her name on WeChat so that we could praise her by name. I understood that they were forced to do this performance appraisal, but what I was more confused about was why they put so much pressure on the service staff? If I really want to praise someone, I won’t ask them their names one by one. Then make this praise utilitarian, while someone who only said two sentences needs to be praised by my real name? Isn't this weird? Let the service staff focus more on serving, rather than going around the table asking for praise. Overall it's good, I will stay here again next time. For Yuanbao Street and Kangxi Ceremony, the room service is even faster.
