We love this hotel. Staff were friendly and this lady: 阳阳晓明 was very friendly and helpful, giving us tips and suggestions on where to go. If you need help when booking this place, just add her. She will translate the messages you send ber using her wechat's translation app. On our first evening here we crossed the road outside the hotel and had a lovely time exploring. We are there only for 1 night but we enjoyed our stay.

Great location in the center of interest of ChengDe. Easy to reach any places to visit. Rooms are clean and tidy. The staff is very kind and the food is great too

Great swimming pool and spa. Restaurant for dinner was delicious. Perfect location at the riverside to have a walk in the evening.

Good location along the river; not too far from Chengde's main attractions. Decent enough bed but lacking proper air-conditioning. Staff spoke no English, of course, but what should one expect in China?

My experience was overall good, but the bathroom of the room I booked for the first night (single, queen bed) was so stinky at night that I could not bear it. I called the concierge, and the maid came to clean the bathroom (they were very fast= good service) but the problem is in the pipes, not in the cleanliness, (it was very clean) so spraying a bit of air freshener won't solve the problem. I changed rooms the following night. Also, it was quite noisy at night and in the early morning, they should keep an eye on noisy guests. Last thing, but not less important, people were smoking inside the hotel corridors and it was stinky. The management should try to enforce the rules of non-smoking. I understand that know nobody in the hotel wants to call on the smoking clients, but not enforcing the law results in other clients being unhappy too. All in all, I would probably stay there again.

The hotel environment is very good and the facilities are complete. Yan Yang and Sheng Nan at the front desk are very helpful. Very close to the Summer Resort and various attractions! The room is also very comfortable and highly recommended [strong][strong]

The location of the hotel is very close to the Mountain Resort Scenic Area and can be reached on foot, which is very convenient. The hotel has a beautiful environment and the rooms are spacious and clean. The front desk service is enthusiastic.
