免費停車🅿️，酒店位置距離高速公路入口挺近，方便。酒店客房温度太低，空調衹有自然風，被子冰涼。衞生間設施比較陳舊，且馬桶衞生狀況較差，有很多水漬印記。

距離承德高鐵站很近，出行住宿方便。酒店配備餐飲、游泳館和健身房，娛樂就餐方便。整體環境不錯，服務水平很高。

和長者一去出去旅遊返程後，晚間11點半左右辦理的入住，開了兩間房。長者住的那件沒有拖鞋，打了前台電話。前台説在電視櫃底下的抽屜確認了沒有以後，前台説讓服務人員送。都快夜間12點了服務人員還進屋打擾長者休息非説屋裡有拖鞋。找了一圈沒有又説忘記放了。兩雙破拖鞋至於嗎？

前台服務速度特別快，業務能力挺強。給安排了個高樓層，晚上很安靜，五一自駕游來樓下停車也方便，總體很滿意！

服務人員的態度非常差 想要換房間説加錢都不行 衹能降低檔次 而且降低檔次的差價人家也不給退 服務態度以及説明情況時 態度差（是一個戴眼鏡胖的一個男前台）
