大假期間，酒店人員猛增，還好提前了幾天預訂，不然價格還不知道會漲多少呢？酒店的服務還是可以的，但早餐確實是太簡單了，可能是過節的原因。

房間很大，前台給升級了房型，兩面都是窗户，缺點是國慶節屋內很冷。衞生間簡陋，早餐在二樓一個宴會廳，早餐很一般。沒啥吃的。距離避暑山莊10公里，樓下停車方便，酒店背後就是個小商場。超市補給方便。

第二次入住了，依然覺得維也納好，停車很方便，出門前台領停車條即可。房間很大，衞生間無異味。樓下就是各種吃飯購物，真是太方便了。早餐非常豐富。

從開業到今年，因公因私不知道住了多少次，推薦了N多親戚朋友到承德都是到這裏住，但這次覺得應該不會再住了。酒店不再嶄新了可以理解，樓道地毯、電梯地面都有換新，看得出來有維護付出，但房間內的硬件設施怎麼就不能修復一下呢，之前是拆了浴缸，沒關係大多數人不使用，這次連頭頂花灑也拆了，留下的小花灑不能調整上下位置，出水張牙舞爪，想拍照片的結果沒來得及。兩張床的枕頭不一樣，其中一床的枕頭兩個加起來相當於別家一個枕頭的厚度，都沒多少絨了。再説服務，辦入住的小哥哥辦手續能比劃的就絕不多説一句話，辦離店的小姐姐收房卡衹用了一個眼神，要停車券直接給我筆就説了句“寫車牌號”，停車場大爺任憑你按喇叭催促也不理，愣是低頭看夠了手機才懶懶地伸手收券。總之以前為了酒店好寧願自己多開幾十分鐘車來回市裡，以後可以省了。

服務：服務員見面會禮貌問好
環境：主要是考慮離高鐵站近，不過離的確實近，而且旁邊就是購物廣場買東西超級方便。
酒店有泳池可以游泳，水温正好，餐飲各類菜式都有，性價比很高。
