1明明我在智行app上訂的是大床房，但是商家卻給我開了一個雙床小床房。
2房間沒有熱水，承德市零下十幾度的天氣，洗腳刷牙人都快要凍個半死。
3根據商家提供的wifi密碼連接wifi，wifi網速極慢，嚴重影響了工作效率。本來我這個月手機也限速了。
4床單破損，容易滋生感染。
5床單不乾淨，有油污。
