承德如家睿柏.雲酒店（承德避暑山莊店），是我住過酒店最差的！房間內衞生環境極差，衞生間洗手盆周邊污物黑滯物，淋浴間隔板玻璃都快掉下來了，房間潮濕黴味極大，空調一直異響，空調出風口一個葉片，衞生間是在屋內用玻璃隔離出來的，整個屋也就將近10平米左右！
8月10日攜程預訂2間商務大床房，實際入住的房間與實景在攜程掛牌的完全不相符後來才知道酒店已經營業至今10年以上了，現在還用開業時候的照片欺騙消費者，當日入住時候因為是晚上22：00了沒精力折騰再戰酒店了，隨後經過與攜程平台多次協商解決入住帶來的所有困擾，雖然單方面攜程給予解決我的問題但是沒有達到我的預期申訴要求！
希望攜程平台要嚴控所有掛牌商家的真實圖片以及經營資質，更希望攜程平台為我們消費者把好關！本家酒店我個人認為對如家酒店品牌是個恥辱，經營了10年之久所有設施老化嚴重，衞生環境極差，還在繼續經營，如家平台也要好好審視一下自己的加盟酒店！
